They used this sacred ceremony to bring the community together\, seed positive intentions\, and for healing. \n\n\n\nSipping ceremonial cacao brings many holistic benefits including boosting mood\, and improved blood flow\, focus\, and clarity. \n\n\n\nDuring this ceremony you will open the heart\, connect more deeply with yourself\, release negativity and invite in positivity and joy.You will be guided into the heart through the practices of sipping ceremonial cacao\, meditation\, journaling and sharing. From that place you will bring forward and set an intention that holds meaning and value for you. Then anchor into that intention through a healing sound bath with alchemy crystal bowls.  \n\n\n\nNo experience is needed – the only requirement is an open heart. Please wear comfortable\, loose fitting clothing in layers (body will cool down during sound relaxation). During the sound bath you will be reclined on the floor. Please bring a yoga mat and props to support your body (small pillow under the head\, an eye cover\, and light covering/blanket for warmth). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
